Niebla Solar Park is 50MWp photovoltaic solar plant located in the municipalities of San Juan del Puerto and Huelva, Andalusia, Spain, approximately 70km west of the city of Sevilla.

The solar plant project was developed by Valforteq, a local developer, and Taaleri Energia, a Nordic fund manager and renewable energy investor, developer, and operator.

The construction of the plant started late 2021 and reached the operational phase during the third quarter of 2023. The construction of the plant was delivered by a Spanish EPC Contractor, utilizing local community labor and services, and continues to operate the plant under supervision by Taaleri Energia’s Spanish branch.

The plant is connected to the Spanish grid and operates in the Spanish electricity market.

The plant consists of approximately 92.500 modern solar panels and and provides electricity to around 28.000 households and offset carbon dioxide emissions by 35.600 tonnes annually.
